Yeung Yifong is a resident of Tien's Landing. She and her daughter Fuyao are leaving the town due to the problems that beset it and meet the Player on their way. The Player can ask Yeung Yifong about the situation in Tien's Landing and she recommends that the Player avoid the town.
Yeung Yifong's husband apparently died some time previously. She speaks in Tho Fan.
When the Player reaches Gao the Greater's pirate base, Yeung Yifong will be a captive there and is released by Sky. Yeung Yifong then asks the Player to look for her daughter, who was also captured and brought to the base. This begins Quest: Yifong and Fuyao. The Player's choices determine whether the two go free or are returned to slavery.
