A scholar found in Tien's Landing, talking to him is the origin of The Zither of Discord quest. He will only offer the quest to Players who follow the Way of the Closed Fist. If the Player follows the Way of the Open Palm, they will be rebuffed and mocked by Scholar Six Heavens.
He is found in the Marketplace of Tien's Landing. It is the easternmost location in the town. If the Player walks through the Marketplace, past Darting Lynx, and turns left, they'll be in a secluded area.
