Lord Yun was a noble whose family owned the land within the Great Southern Forest and the establishments within it, such as the Pilgrim's Rest Inn. When the forest became infested with ghosts and a strange blackness of the bark began to spread among the trees, Lord Yun traveled from the Imperial City in a flyer to the forest. He made camp on the Pilgrim's path, the only road left passable by the ghosts, and sent his best hunter, Spear Catches Leaf, and a mercenary known as The Black Whirlwind to his family's temple.
