Kindly Yushan was the owner of the orphanage in the ruins Old Tien's Landing 18 years ago but when the Great Dam was closed, the orphanage, along with the rest of the town was submerged under water. To this day he is wracked with grief over not being able to save the orphans and can often be found sulking in the corner of the Teahouse balcony. He will only talk to you if you have accepted the Quest: The Drowned Orphans.
In the Quest: The Drowned Orphans he can find some amount of peace by burying the bones of the orphans or the Player can allow the the ghost of Miao, one of the drowned orphans, to have her revenge by killing him or he can be killed by the Player on Miao's request by bringing his head to her.
