Hin Goo is a mechanic and businessman. He supplys upgades to the people who a fortunate to have flyers. He's been working on flyers when they starting to appearing in the Jade Empire.
His associate Chang went on a trip to retrieve some valuable parts and some sensitive information, but was shot down by Imperial Army flyers and he has not return. Hin Goo discovers the the Chang is alive, but woonded and he sends the Player to retrieve him. The area were Chang is shot down is only available to the Emperor Sun Hai servants, but there is something there that must be uncoverd. The other mission were he send the Player is to protect the Prefect of Shangdang county and his luxury flyer from the raiders, to his way home.
